Hi, need some advice on how to make cider  I have brewed my own ale in the past but thought I would give cider a go. I've got a load of apple's available to me and being a welder and fabricator by trade I made myself an apple press. I just need the basics on how to make my own apple cider??? Any tips and help would be appreciated
