Hi - I would like to have a go at making rhubarb wine from what I hav ein the garden.  BUT - I hav enever made any kind of wine before.  Is rhubarb a good one to start with?  How hard is it to make?  Do I need much in the way of special equipment?

Sorry to be dense - but I have absolutley no clue how to do this
