I want to make a gooseberry sauce to go with mackerel. Preferably one that either keeps or can be frozen. So far I have only found recipes that are accompaniments to a dish rather than focussing on the sauce and whether it can be frozen. Help please! Or perhaps a gooseberry cheese recipe??
