brussels sprouts coming along sprouts about 1 inch big should i give them a feed of FBB OR LIME or just leave them also should i cut off the bottom leaves?

Any yellowing leaves can be removed to prevent mould. You don't want to be giving them a mega feed at this time of year or you will get soft growth susceptible to disease; just a little sprinkling of BFB, but only if they need it. Some people give some veg a very small feed of dried blood just to boost the nitrogen levels, but it depends on your soils' nutritional levels.
