Turnip tops
« on: September 10, 2019, 08:23 »
I planted turnips in March and nothing happened.  Is it worth trying the same seed now to get tops?  Or should I buy new?
I have never done it before so it could have been me.  Any advice?

Spring sown ones are a bit variable and they do better for me over late summer/autumn.

I planted out a dozen or so modules yesterday for the leaves.  They are under a tunnel for a bit of weather protection.  Turnip seed packets usually have loads in, so I would go for it.
