We chicken keepers are a happy lot :happy:  We have our ups and downs, our sad and happy days but we wouldn't be without them   I heard this conversation through the window today while Eils was feeding her rabbits.

Eils, 'Fuifui, Moimoi, look what I've got for you'
Sabelpoots, 'brruu, brruu, brruu'
Eils, 'get off, it's not for you, go away'
Sabelpoots, 'brruubrruubrruubrruu'
Eils, 'get off, go on get out the bowl, it's not for you '
Flock, 'chirrup, squawk, brruubrrubrruu'

The sound of commotion
Eils, 'and where do you think you're off to madam (apparently aimed at Fuifui who had bopped out the run) get back here'
More commotion.
Eils, 'flippin heck Jojo, what are you doing, get off the ramp, Dora get out of the rabbit run, ggrrrr, come here, god you're so infuriating, get off, GET OFF   Right I've had enough now, if you don't move, I swear, I won't be held responsible'

Apparently at this point 3 Jojo's, one Dora, Star and Tinker were all in the run, ramp and hutch (it's one of those tiny coop with run setups)
Eils, 'GET OUT GGGRRRR, Mum, Mum, tell them, they're not listening to me, MUM '
More commotion.
Eils, 'ow, ow ,ow, get out my hair, you little *?*%?*, get off, your beak's sharp, TITANIA, MOVE that's better, now come here you, yes you, yes Tinker I mean you .  Right now off you go and annoy Loki, he looks bored. 
Me, 'did you call me?'
Eils, 'it's all right, I've sorted it, mumble, mumble, mumble@
Me, 'sorry, didn't catch that'
Eils, 'it's  OK Mum, I've sorted it, it's just you poots causing trouble and my innocent rabbits being picked on as usual'

An hour or so later.
OH, 'how many Dora's do we have?'
Me, '2, why?'
OH, 'are you sure?'
Me, 'yes, positive why'
OH, 'I can only see one'
So off he goes, meal worms in hand, calling the hens.
OH, 'no we've only got one'
We look in the trees, coop, out house, kitchen but can't find her   We have another hunt when the hens have gone to roost, still no sign

Some time later when the rabbits are being locked away.
Eils, 'Mum, Mum quick, look who I've found '
And there, sitting in the rabbit nest next to Fui is Dora happily burbling away to herself while Moimoi thumps her foot in the corner.

So come on, how do your chickens and ducks cheer your day up?
