HI, Can anyone recommend a variety of dwarf or small cherry tree (sweet for eating) if there is such a thing. I'm a bit tight on space but would like to try one out.Cheers :unsure:

You are mixing up two issues.

The size of the tree is dependent on the rootstock.  I imagine you would be after the Gisela 5:

Then you choose the variety which goes on top of the rootstock - this determines the variety of cherries, their taste etc.

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Sunburst is a good reliable black cherry. Self fertile and available on Gisela 5

I'e got a small cherry'stella' I think.We'll worth it for the blossom alone.Fruit are a bonus for me.
