Or buy a Dehydrator , bit pricey tho .

Anyone got one? Are they Good?

Dehydrators are great.  I think the heating element went on ours but we've got a lean-to that gets quite warm so we just run it in there.  Even with a heater they're cheap to run, and don't interfere with cooking in the kitchen.  Not just good for your own produce either - we get things like value mushrooms and dry those for winter.
