Hi

Does anyone have any recipes that produce 5 gallons of wine or can recommend a book with such recipes

Pop down to a big supermarket, and check the 'Winebuddy' range.

There are plenty in here but mostly for 1gal so just multiply the ingredients by 5  ;)  Have a look down the homebrew thread names, there are many titled *fruit* wine recipes and details will be inside.  Or do a search for 'recipe' while in the homebrew folder.  I have tried a few from here - Rhubarb (http://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=105437.0), Blackcurrant (http://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=108140.0) and now on the latest apple (http://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=109839.0) recipe.  Check the instructions for pectolase/etc as you may need less than 5x1gal measurements.  Good luck and let us know if you find any you'll try.
