Perennial veg

Not asparagus or artichokes but more cut and come again greens.
I got some hablitzia ( Caucasian spinach ) to germinate and its outside in a pot surviving but not doing much else.
Also got some Welsh onions poking grassy stems through.
There's French sorrel just germinated but lovage hasn't ... yet.
I did have Good king Henry showing through but had a rethink...need to soak it in salty water for 30 mins to remove bitterness so decided it's a bit too primitive, hedgerow forageing for me.
Chinese artichokes in a few pots will go out in a few weeks time.  Sounds like they're fiddly but will give them a try.
I've seen a mention of French Sorrel back in the old pages which had mixed reactions but not of the others.
Anyone given them a go and got any tips?

There’s a Daunton (sp) kale I believe you just keep harvesting but I’ve not got any, you need a cutting from someone but I’ve yet to obtain one, then you just take cuttings to keep it going every few years I think

Sutherland Kale - eat the leaves or flower shoots. Very tough - overwinters here ! Self seeds so you can just dig up old plants when you get too much.

Nasturtiums will self seed & give you salad leaves or "capers"

Nettles. No kidding - Spring shoots make the best soup ever, very healthy, full of iron & then when they get tougher they make liquid feed just as good as comfrey & if they get really fibrous you can spin them just like linen!

Perennial kale? There's Daubenton and there's Taunton Deane kale, both of which are perennial.
