has anyone got the book you get free in asda , i usually pic one up theres a lovley recipie for peanutbutter fudge  ;) it makes loads .

125 g butter
500 g soft brown susar
120 ml milk
250 g crunchy peanut butter
1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence
300g icing sugar

line a 20x20 cm tin
melt the butter in a pan , add the sugar and milk stir till desolved ,
when desolved boil 2 / 3 mins
take off the heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla stir in well.
sieve the icing sugar into a heat proof bowl pour the peanut mix over the sugar and beat well .
put in the tin and leave to cool ,

now im sure you can put cream in instead of milk for a richer effect
