We got another good snowfall a few days ago so I've sprinkled my woodashes on top of the snow and today's sun is helping melt them in place   :tongue2:

It's a magic moment you have to watch for because one day you're wearing your winter coat and boots, next day you need shorts and flip flops  ;) :D

Actually we have a very short spring because we have long winters and longish summers. the month of april and a bit of May are spring weather, after that we're into summer weather mostly. That said, our forecast this year is for longer spring weather  :tongue2: Boo, hiss!

That sounds interesting. Whenever you see films or anything on TV  ::), it always seems to be roasting hot dry summer or 10 feet deep in snow winter!  :D

The 16 day forecast though is a factual prediction, .

 factual prediction!  Tis an oxymoron   a prediction cannot be fact  ::)

I think we've got an oxymoron in our pond... either that or a very small newt.

And.... the pond will need topping up soon... no rain here at all this March as far as I can remember. And that's a prediction fact.  ;)
