THIS IS COMPETITION NUMBER 1

TITLE:  "My Chickens"

PRIZE:  "Organic Poultry" by Katie Thear, signed by the author (More Info)

CLOSING DATE:  Sat 19th April 2008

The simple rules:

  • You can enter one photograph into the competition which should be no more than 640 pixels wide.
  • It should be accompanied by a short title and some description.  
  • At the closing date we will add a poll for members to vote on and the most popular photo will be the winner.
  • The winner will receive a copy of "Organic Poultry" by Katie Thear signed by the author and the winning photo will be placed in a permanent photo gallery along with the best runners up.[/list:o]

    All Qualifying entries are in this post for ease of viewing.

    All naked chooks were disqualified for reasons of taste and seasoning  :wink:

    Voting will last for 7 days


    The Voting has now closed and the winners are:

    1st  - Slowef with 17 votes

    2nd - Mdueal with 15 votes

    3rd - Babe and Poultrygeist tied with 8 votes each.

does the photo have to include more than one chicken?

does it have to be natural or can we use props, costumes and scenery?

can it be a photo we have already taken, or a new one just for the competition?

It can be a new one or an old one, whatever you think best. Props, costumes .. my goodness! It's only a bit of fun. :)
