Hi again has anybody seen this before, not sure it is bumblefoot, absolutely no sign of wound or entrypoint for infection just swollen.  As you can see it is an adolescent male I think but is limping with it.

I came across this about bumblefoot before and it says it is not always caused by a cut.  Hope the information is of help.

Thanks for the link, I expect it is caused by the wet weather, they have been in a dry stable now for a couple of weeks due to poor conditions in the run and also a persistent mite problem I have in their house.  There really is no abscess apparrent just swelling along the toe joint.  Will take it to the vet tomorrow and see what he thinks.
