Square black pots
« on: May 03, 2012, 22:35 »
Does anyone know where I can buy the small 5cm square black pots like the ones you get small plants in from the garden centre.

Had a look about the net but not finding much.

Thanks

A very quick look on eBay shows plenty sizes and without searching far, the smallest I have come up with is 6.6 cm..

HERE

Do they need to quite as small as 5 (2 inches)?

Ooh! Tempted myself now - fed up of the round ones taking up too much space.

I was looking at the ones on ebay but thought mine were smaller. I will have to throw the tape across them tonight when I get home.

just to let everyone know that you can fit 15 9cm pots to a standard tray, so they realy do save space compared to round pots ;)

We managed to get some square pots from a car boot sale a few weeks ago, they had several sizes available we got 20 x 3" and 20 x 4" for a couple or few quid.
And yes they are great for squeezing that extra bit of produce in
