Mark W, I just read the updated thread and noticed you said you were waiting to see if you were coeliac. I'm not sure if that means you've had the biopsy and are waiting for the results of you are waiting for the biopsy. If you haven't had the biopsy yet be sure to not go gluten free before you do as it can affect the result and make it negative.

Annies Sis - I use Juvela in a panasonic bread maker with a gluten free programme, it's lovely. I don't always use the machine thought, because the bread doesn't need 'kneading' it's easy enough to make.
