I have decided to let the little creeping flowery weeds in the grass just grow.   One has tiny white flowers, the other tiny yellow ones.  I am sure the insects will be happier, and I will hopefully be less stressed about it.
The problem is I have lots of grass stalks that are taller than the grass, and they are difficult to mow.  Mrs Bouquet

Hello the little yellow flower is a Cinquifoil,if you can get a lawn rake and pull it above the grass the mower should take it off,its a pain to kill with weed killer,not many garden lawn weed killers have the strength to kill it I've seen lawn weed killers with ad little as 0.28 g /litre of Aminoocopridol,24D Dicamba MCPP MCPA use to be the one to kill it   jezza
