Mincemeat flapjacks.

4oz butter, 2 tbls golden syrup.2 oz brown sugar, 5 heaped tbls mincemeat, 5 oz oats

Heat oven to gas 3,160c and grease 7" tin.  Melt sugar and syrup over a low heat then stir in mincemeat and once warmed the oats.  Mix well the spoon into tin and flatten  out.  Bake for 30 mins,  remove and leave to cool before marking into squares.  Store in an airtight tin.
