Artichoke chips

Saw somewhere that some of you had made Jerusalem artichoke chips - how do you do it? I fancy some for tea

scrub wash . peel if ya fussy ,deep fry till golden .eat ,,,,, oy that ones mine fight over the dish .thump hubby
