Loads of guns around here today for a newyears shoot, the light was so poor and the people so obviosly not sober that the poor dog went without a walk.Still while the pheasants run under the car we`re happy

Gammon in Beer
Cook your gammon in the oven on 180 for approx 5 to 6 hours.  Here's how and what you need:

1 can dark beer - guiness
1 can light beer - boddingtons
150gm brown sugar

heat all of the above up on top of the stove, when the sugar is melted add the gammon and pop in the oven.
Cover over the top with tinfoil.
Once an hour ladel the juices over the gammon

I promise, this is delisious.

Pippy
I may not do it right first time, but I do it with style
