I have been thinking about getting an automatic coop door opener and have recently been shown some projects where people have used Arduino software to program a circuit board.  I think a few people have made coop door openers using this but I wondered if anyone on here had done it?

It looks quite interesting and it appeals to the gadget freak in me...

I have never played with Arduino (as of yet) but am looking to get one soon... I think they are brillant bits of kit but can't help you with the programming!
