Yellowing misshapen beans

yet again I am getting some decent runner beans but a lot are either yellowing, withering on the vine or the flowers are falling before they set. They are fed with comfry and watered accordingly. Also the beans are getting small pitting marks on them.

The same is happening to my French beans but worse. To me French beans are not worth the effort. They take up far too much space for the yield compared to runner. They don't taste any better either.

It could actually be over watering and over feeding.

We have one plot on our site that waterlogs. The beans just yellow and die.

Pick whichever is closer to the conditions you have or have had over the growing period and take action accordingly.

Did we every find a member to visit you to look at your growing conditions and other problems ? We'd still be able to help more with pictures.

If you water plants too much so that the soil is wet rather than slightly moist you will kill the roots because of water logging.  I think that your over watering is causing many of your growing problems.
