replanting multiplier onions
« on: July 29, 2014, 20:43 »
Hi all,

my multiplier onions have all died back I have harvested them and they are currently drying.

I brought these onions as you can just keep on planting your harvest and getting more and more year on year.

Do I simply dry them trim the tops off and then plant in the autumn/spring?

Thanks

Mine never get pulled out... only to eat.. then I replant some and continue... they over-winter no probs..
Now a member of the 10 Ton club.... 2013  harvested 588 Kg from 165 sq mt..

Does anyone have experience growing multiplier onions? A.K.A. potato onions?
