Do you know how to cook it?

Bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes at about 350F. Wear oven gloves because it's hot or you can let it cool a bit. Slice it in half and scoop out all the centre seeds. Then with a fork, scrape away at the remaining insides. They'll start to shred just like spaghetti strands.

You can top with just salt and butter, or as I do with pesto and parmesan. Yummy stuff.

Have you eaten any yet.  Mine look like the small white one  and taste devine.  But I have in the past also eaten the green ones.  The white ones have a pale yellow flesh and the green ones have an orange flesh.  Both shred easily with a fork when cooked  I suggest you cook them as spagetti squash and see..

No no no! Don't confuse me further!!
I've just come to terms with them being courgettes!
