Hi Goosegirl

Open the image in Microsoft Picture manager,

then click onto Edit Pictures- its on the top row.

Then on to Compress Pictures (over on the right of the screen)

you then get a range of choices, I normally find you either need 'Documents' or 'Web Pages'
Basically the further down the list the smaller the picture ends up!

Hope that helps!
Very often quite lost- would be more lost if I could work out where I was!- But always find my way home.....

I'm still in awe of talents here, and what a wide range too.

A beautiful cake from Dawn, exquisite jewellery from Casey and all those needlework goodies too  :D

My best piece has been a cross stitch picture of a tiger I did for my father, which I guess I might have inherited. I am goin to Portsmouth later in the week so will try to take a picture to show you

One of the few things I am proud of, my great neice's cake. Ignore the date, I can't be bothered to learn how to change it on the camera. :)

That's lovely GA!  :D

I can't find any pics at the moment but I used to make cloth nappies, I made most of my children's and took pride in showing off their home made cloth clad bottoms.

My husband is very clever and made this Porsche hubcap guitar a couple of weeks ago.

Lovely idea for a thread Grannie.
Just shown Mr S the hubcab guitar & he said I'll send you a photo of some of mine to put on.

Here's some of my craft items, the only one's I have photo's of it seems. I will have to start taking photo's of some more.

The 2nd picture I did the embroidery & Mr S made the frame &
'stitched' it together in the corners. I won 1st prize at our local garden show a couple of years ago

See what I mean?  What talent you all have!  Those guitars are wonderful Snowdrops.  I love wood and it is remarkable what a bit of wood looks like when a craftsman has finished with it!

Love your little tree too.  Teabag folding if I'm not mistaken??

Brian sometimes makes frames for me.  He made the one for my daughter's mermaid, and he made one for my granddaughter's dolphins.  I didn't stitch all of that, it was a round robin that we did when I first met Pamela on the cross stitch forum.

It went all round the world, and when I put it in the frame, I put behind the cross stich the piece of paper saying who had stitched which bit, their name and which country it was stitched in.  So she has  the history of that one too!

It wasn't too long ago Ice that you were very unsure of your cake decorating, but look at you now!  Love the little 'Car'

Love the little 'Car'
Not such a 'little' car that board was 10" x 14"

Lots of very beautiful creations on this thread and some I would like to have a go at, but definately not anything to do with sewing, I'll leave that to the experts.

Thanks Grannie, the guitars are beautiful, the 1st one he made for our daughter, the 2nd for his boss & the 3rd for himself even though he doesn't play. He's now made a cigar box guitar at our daughter's request(she plays). They're about to start on another one.
The tree isn't teabag folding it's materials can't remember the name of the style/pattern.
