RECIPE : Popovers

Here is a nice easy recipe that we did today for Popovers. They are small Yorkshire Puddings and this recipe makes 6 in a muffin tin.

RECIPE : Popovers (6 small)

Preheat oven to 200C fan or 220C conventional.
Divide a knob of butter into 6 and smear heavily round bases of a 6-hole muffin tin.
Optionally dust with wholemeal flour.
Combine the following in a medium bowl : 62g plain flour, pinch salt, 1 large egg, 112ml milk.
Divide into 6 in the muffin tin.
Bake at 200C Fan for 20-22 minutes.
