Good home wanted!
« on: March 23, 2008, 10:18 »
I have 4 girls, 2 x rhode islands and 2 light sussex, they are approx 9 months old. I am looking for a new home for them, they have been totally spoilt so I am looking for someone who can continue to pamper them. They have a large garden to run around in so I don't think they would appreciate being confined to a run. They are good layers, I get eggs everyday, they are friendly and good with children. We are thinking of moving and can't take the girls with us. Anyone interested, get in touch. We live in Bedfordshire if that helps.

Hi, thats for replying on my thread.

I am limited to space so could not offer a large garden. Mine would have to be confined to their run.

I will have a chat to the Mrs tho and see what she says. I will get back to you.

Whereabouts are you in Bedfordshire? I have over 9 acres and lots of chickens, spolit battery hens, the lot!

they would fit right in, and you can be assured they have a good long life and lots of good space to roam around in!

EDIT - I see your in Dunstable! I live outside Lincoln, a fair trek, but if you don't have any luck let me know, maybe we could meet halfway?

Regards,

Donna!

What about their accomodation - are you selling that as well??

I have the room in my garden but only have an eglu for my 4 girls  at the mo but am looking to expand my brood.

We are also from Lincolnshire just off the A1 at Grantham.

I am sometimes in Dunstable so if you get stuck I can give them a good home, my ladies have just under an acre that they free range on so they would not be confined to a run.
PM me if you decide to move and decide to rehome them
