Poultry for the table.

I am trying to find a course on how to kill and prepare poultry for the table but having know luck. Does anyone know of any ??.

There is a lady down south that lots of people recommend, can't think of her name right now, but if she has enough people, she does travel too.

The lady I mentioned earlier is Alison at Hook Farm.  I know it is a distance from you, but she is very good according to other forum members, and like I said, if you could find enough likeminded friends, she may come to you, or get in touch and you never know she may have a course going on near you soon.

It's a shame you are not nearer to us.  If we had any birds to cull, my OH could show you what to do.

I board my hens with Alison at Hook farm in Hampshire and she is lovely.

Next course at Hook farm is May 12th and costs £15

I thought they were £75?  £15 seems cheap!

Ahhh just looked.  the culling one is £15, the kill, pluck and gut is £75

Em would want the £75 one then!
