On the order form DD when it says you can order more than one I would take that to mean you can order more than one item ie a wormery and a dalek rather than 25 wormeries. I do usually read the wrong meaning into things though.

It's the "Brown Bin" that costs. It's a standard charge for around here to take away your garden waste. (Opt in scheme).

Doesn't gell with their project though!

Our brown bins are free here, though even though we have a big(ish for round here) garden we dont get one, the next street do though!

You can say that again,  all the Councils have different scheams you can recycle some things in one area and not in another. But again the Govenment issues a directive and leaves it to the local councils how they run it. same with the bus pass its a shambles. :x  :x
