Ok the meal worms I ordered arrived today So I decided I was going to let the girls out. As they are still quite wary I propped the door open and waited and waited and waited but the girls decided to stay put. 

So I scattered some meal worms round and waited a bit longer suddenly Harriet poked her head out inquisitive and where Harriet goes Maisey follows.

The girls came out just a few inches from the run pecked a few meal worms turned round and went back in the run up the steps and into the hen house.

And here was me worrying that the girls might decide not to go back in hahahaha.

I thought exactly that when mine climbed over my feet to get out of their run  Have the maran now playing funny when i try to get them in with corn. The others are clearly greadier than she cos the dart in. Her,  i have to 'hurd' her in! She knows the tinkle of corn on the wire is 'time to go in' and she just refuses! She is however, the first to bed
