Title: freezer jam
Post by: chickpeacurry on August 01, 2015, 23:13
I haven't had a lot of success with jam in jars. I have made some freezer jam which set well.  I then put a couple of lots in the freezer in plastic bags . It doesn't seem to have set just gone like jelly wobbly . Will it still be on to eat. Thanks

If it is in the freezer it will be fine.

What sort of jam have you tried?

May be you need to start with the easier, high pectin fruit jams to start with.

Plum, damson, gooseberry are all easy fruits to start with.
And there are lots of people on here to give advice with jam making. :)
