Happy Easter. A long bank holiday weekend and another several hours at the allotment. A lot achieved but the aching back and tired limbs!  The question is, home grown versus shop bought ?

All better for the body - the exercise and the HG food, doesn't always feel like it though 
You just have to learn to pace yourself as you get older

Managed to get to my plot every day for the last couple of weeks, only for an hour at a time but boy  does it feel good.

Yes bits ache and are stiff but the sheer joy of being out in the air can't be matched, am sleeping so much better

I think we all had the same aches and pains after this lovely weekend, i certainly did have aching legs and back can now have a few days off

I think the aches and pains go with territory  and I'm no different its lovely when you actually sit down with something to drink with legs up on a stool and your legs say thank you
