Found blood in morning in house where my new 5 week chicks are. There are 4 of them and all seem well and lively and feeding well. First I thought one was injured but no signs (that was when I discovered yesterday's problem of the deformed feet on one baby) Today is blood again. I have read up on old posts etc and would think it is a sign of coccidoisis (spelling?) My question - what should I do for them? Only had these babies since Saturday - remind me why I do it??

if it is coccidiosis you need to treat them quickly as it is a killer.

you need to get them some coxoid, pets at home sell it as do many pet shops, animal feed stores, vets.

They seem well. Would it hurt to treat them if not coccidoisis.

no, and if it is cocci it can kill very quickly and is very infectious so please treat as soon as possible.

I have bought the cocci disinfectant for house and pick up treatment from vet in the morning as they had to order it in. I hope this is in time.
