My question is i want to install artifical grass in my garden but im not convinced, therefore I would like to know your opinion about artificial grass? is better than the natural grass?

We have installed artificial grass in our children's play area at school, because we couldn't keep it watered or looking good. It was either a dust bowl or a mud slick 

It is excellent, and even has that slight 'dead thatch' appearance that makes it look very realistic.

Downside is that you have to sweep autumn leaves off as they are not pulled down by worms

We've got some friends in Portugal, they've got a lawn 'made' of a variety of grass that's drought resistant but I haven't a clue what it is. It's a blessing to stand on it on a hot day, when all the tiled surfaces are warm.
