One of my Velvet Queen sunflowers today

Grown alongside a Cosse Violette runner bean  :)

Lovely. I am still waiting for mine to flower. I have never grown sunflowers before, they are so lovely I just had to give it a go!  :)

Looks great; our sunflower that my partner planted snapped when I didn't give it support all the way up the stem... She was mortified!

Looking to do Goliath next year (I'm in the male 'bigger is better' mindset)
