I love Ginger Beer and there are some good organic varieties out there.
Has anyone made there own ginger beer? Was it a success? Can you post the process used?

I had few try at making "hard" ginger beer, , as I couldn t find a way I liked on the tinternet, I mixeed and matched several recipe.
The idea was brewing the ginger beer like a real beer, the result was a "fine" beverage , rather potent.
:
fresh ginger peeled and grated, ground dry ginger, water , sugar, yeast, chilli, star anis, cinammon, for the first fermentation. filter and drain them add more sugar, lemon peel, orange peel let rest for 2 weeks in a coldish room.
