Still getting soft shelled egg

The hen that died obviously was not the culprit

Hubby said it became unwell on Sunday (hen that died) Saturday afternoon one of the hens laid a GIANT egg over 100g in weight and it was slightly misshapen- could this have been the hen that died?

Spoke to hubby tonight, he is getting 2-3 eggs a day still. The hen that was ' in love' with me has turned towards hubby, very fickle with her love

I thought I was the only person in her life, now she has forgotten all about me :cry:
Can I stand the rejection?

mix oestra with her food in wet form ,ie mash down her pellets if you use em and then mix that and oestra( oyster shell with the feed

may also try grating cuttlefish over feed - same calcuim fix!
