Hello all.
Having a bit of a problem with Henrietta. Gone broody for a week now. stopping the others fromn laying too.... heard theres something you can do to reduce temp involving dunking in water??? Any advice please... ran out of eggs this am for breakfast!!! :ohmy:

You need a be-broodying cage.

Put her in a wire mesh bottomed cage (with food and water) for a few days it should sort her out.

The theory is that the air can get at her underparts cooling her off and therefore removing the urge to brood.

You could look for an older type dog crate in the free ads/freecycle ;)
