Anyone used pink flowers for this? If so, does it look pink or muddy brown?
Thanks

do not know if that type of elder can be used as the berries are poisonous. Might be useful to check on rhs site about the flowers.

It says the berries are inedible unless they are cooked.

Flower not berry - I doubt the flower is poisonous rather than the berry.. but I'm not a agrichemicalbotanist so what do I know ;)

RHS says the same toxicity as sambucus nigra, the common elder!
I'll give it a go if there are any flowers left when I'm back from hols.
