meal worms

hi all, a friend of mine told me to feed my girls some meal worms as a treat, is that ok, if so,where do i buy them, and,  do you get them fresh or dried, sorry about a daft question peggy

Any decent pet stores will sell them as live food expect to pay about £2 for a box. The chooks will go crazy for them. You might also see Morio worms which are bigger they are OK as well. Use them as  treat and have fun
