I managed to get  Sarian F1 seeds to germinate in March  and now have 5 healthy plants that are just about outgrowing their 5 inch pots. Two of the plants are sending out runners, should i pinch them pout and re-pot them into their final beds?

Any advice greatly appreciated....

Don't pinch them out .  First put them in the pot, still attached to the mother plant, then when they have rooted, you then pinch them out.
