Planting some in my greenhouse. Have they given up for the year? Or are the * still around? The raised bed is only about 10 inches high. Thanks

Dunno but I'd use protection. I have high hedges and I'm told that carrot fly will happily overwinter in a thick hedge.

Seedlings are doing well particularly the Parisian market carrots

As carrots are a biennial, I would think that they are highly likely to flower early in the spring. What I don't know is if they will be able to develop a root of useable size before that flowering occurs.
