Oh Dave, that one really cracked me up -- you'd swear they never had ANY water at all and had to drink like that because they were so parched

don't think so W.G  . . . . .   :?:

up the conifer maybe but i keep checking there lol, there's not too many places they can sort of get into th hide as far as i'm aware, tried to clear the garden a bit so they couldn't get stuck anywhere lol !

think everytime they hear water they must think its gonna run out or summat lol, never ceases to get them running, or the sound of a rustling plastic bag  :tongue2:

glad you all like the vid ! they're just the funniest little critters ever lol, always coming up  with something new to crack me up lol

The biggest laugh we ever had with ducks was when they were 4 or 5 weeks old.  We had about 25 of them in a run outdoors with some lightweight nylon netting over to keep the gulls out.

I threw a crust of bread in and it was too big to go through the net.

In an instant, 2doz ducklings were underneath it.  One jumped up and grabbed the crust and net together but then got knocked off.  The net sprang back and the crust got propelled off across the run.  Repeat paragraph ad infinitum.

Duckling volleyball became a daily sport for a while. Totally hilarious.

Oh I want some ducks now - but haven't got the space :(

I particularly liked the commentary "Look at their faces - they're so serious" Please tell me what a serious duck looks like!
