Garden shade
« on: August 05, 2020, 10:09 »
It is going to be very hot here from tomorrow for a few days.    I have very little natural shade.    Some planters I can move and put under a sun umbrella, but those I cannot move,  can I cover them directly or any suggestions welcome.    Most of the trailing lobelia has scorched away already.   thanks,  Mrs Bouquet

If you have it, a thin light piece of fabric would be the best option as it will let diffused light through, but protect from the main blaze of sunshine.   An old sheet maybe?

Thats a good idea.  Perhaps I can rig something across the rotary clothes line as well.    Thanks,
Can I lay the light fabric over the plants directly as well do you think  ?   Mrs Bouquet
