Mini veg what do I do??????

Right here I am again with yet more questions, so here goes.

I have just bought some mini cauliflower, mini carrot and mini broccoli seeds, as I have said before I have a small garden and everything has to be grown in pots, containers or big window boxes, so my question is what and how do I grow these as the instructions I received were very vague ( I got them off ebay   ).

I must admit i tend to plant my seeds cross my fingers and hope for the best ( so far, so good ) but just wanted to check with these ones.
