Roast lamb (yellow sticker purchase).  Roast pots, cauliflower, peas, carrots, mint sauce and gravy.  Apple crumble and ice cream if any space left.

Gammon joint tonight  :)

I have dry cider to braise it in and picked up a fresh mixed stew veg pack on the way to work.  I'm going to get some peas out of the freezer as well.  These are spare homegrown seed crop ones, so are good and starchy for a slow cook treatment  :D

I've got chicken in a spicy sauce, with rice and steam-bag veg.
The rest of the crumble and cream, afterwards   :)

Homemade burgers and chips, which the connoisseur sprog declared to be the 'best burgers ever'
I have finally toppled the mighty McDonalds empire with my beefy greatness. This is the greatest achievement as a parent so far.

My Grandson told my daughter 'I do love you mum, but you're not as good at cooking as McDonalds'.  So P1P you've obviously cracked it! :D

Home made pumpkin soup for lunch with roast pork, roast potatoes, carrots, parsnip and the last courgette for dinner tonight.  Paul's been playing in the kitchen which he likes to do on a Sunday.

I've got the stew-pot filled with fresh veg and soaked pulses, on a slow simmer. It's keeping the kitchen and dining room warm warm enough to raise the bread, as well as cooking my tea :)

Leftover gammon, which I am going to reheat in a bit of stock in the oven.  Plot spuds and cabbage to go with it.

Gooseberries defrosting for crumble and I might chuck a few raspberries in as well.  I feel the need for a comforting pudding now the clocks have changed  ;)
