I used to like Hurst Greenshaft because it had more peas to a pod than Kelvedon Wonder, but both are nice sweet peas.  I don't grow peas now, preferring sugar snap and mangetout.

I've got early onward to start, then kelvedon wonder and hurst greenshaft (i went mad in wilko's seed sale last year) if i had to grow only 1 it hurst greenshaft for taste, but ithink early onward to beat the moth, other vthan that debris netting to protect the plants
