Title: New Allotment Site at Walsall, West Midlands
Post by: Sewellhammonds on December 15, 2019, 20:36
Good Evening, first time posting here,

We have recently acquired an acre plot of land in Burntwood, Walsall. To cut a long story short, width issues across a nearby canal bridge have scuppered our plans to develop the land.

It was decided by the board that the land would be turned over for small holding or allotment Garden use, to be owned by ourselves through a Limited Company but managed by its tenants through a committee.

We are therefore looking for people within the Local area, interested in coming onboard, to help establish the site and enlist on the committee.

We are at the very early stages of the process, however are looking to progress as soon as possible.

We would welcome anyone with experience in Allotment gardening and the running or management of Allotment sites.

Please feel free to get in touch or email me at d.hammonds@sewellhammonds.co.uk.
