Title: Sickly hen

One of my hens is a Black Rock, which two days ago, overnight, developed a limp. The left "ankle" has a small swollen patch on it, while the rear end is starting to get a bit messy.
She's sat outside in the shade but hops about for any food and water. Today she doesn't appear quite so bad but the limp remains.
Thanks for any suggestions as to what it may be and what to do about it.

Not sure about the limp but with her rear end have you wormed her recently?
