My Daughter recently bought some and made a delicious casserole.  I have just had to buy her some more.  What amazing value   £1.60 for four in a tray.    They look like a cross between medallions and diced pork, so I think that is probably what diced pork is,    Have you tried them and got a good recipe please.   regards  Mrs Bouquet

I buy a pig chap on the bone most weeks and roast it. lots  and beautiful tasty meat. 50p from my butcher in the market.

Your post reminded me of childhood, when my Mother bought "Bath Chap".    Is that the same thing, and what is it exactly ?     Mrs B

I must say I had completely forgot how good they tasted must remember to ask our butcher for some a good cheep and tasty meal for these cold wet days in a casserole with some lovely thick gravy fit for a king and me  :D

It was £5 for a pair up here a couple of years ago.
